Who we are
FrontDoor Systems, a trade name (DBA) of Ryan Smith offering small-business modernization services, operates frontdoorsystems.com and www.frontdoorsystems.com. Questions about this policy or about your data go to contact@frontdoorsystems.com.
This policy covers this website only. Other sites we link to, including any service named below, have their own policies.
What we collect, and how
Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, records standard connection logs when your browser requests a page: your IP address, the address requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to serve and protect the site. We add nothing to them and run no analytics on top of them. Retention on the provider's side: up to 7 days for edge logs, as described in their policy.
Forms. This site has no forms. Nothing you type on this site is sent anywhere.
Calendly. To schedule a call with us, you follow a plain link to Calendly (calendly.com). Nothing is sent to Calendly until you choose to follow that link and enter details there. On Calendly's pages, you provide your name, your email address, the meeting time you choose and anything you type into the booking form, which Calendly processes on our behalf under its policy: https://calendly.com/privacy. Retention: kept in our Calendly account for as long as we use the service; deleted on request.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for our records.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It contains no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session replay, no chat widgets, and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from this site, not from a font network.
Every request your browser makes while viewing this site goes to frontdoorsystems.com only. This is checked automatically on every deployment: a build that contacts any other host is rejected before it goes live.
Global Privacy Control. Because this site tracks nothing, there is nothing for a GPC or Do Not Track signal to switch off. We treat the signal as honoured by default.

Your choices and requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@frontdoorsystems.com. We respond within 30 days. Where a processor named above holds the data, we will make or forward the request; you can also contact that processor directly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, with security headers set at the edge. It is static: there is no database of visitor data on our side to breach. The processors named above are responsible for the security of the data they hold.
Changes to this policy
Effective 2026-09-18 (version 590199a3acb8). This policy is generated from the site's configuration — the same configuration that decides which hosts the site may contact — so it cannot describe something the site does not do. The effective date changes only when the facts above change. Earlier versions are available on request.
